Service Description

This is a jewelry consultation, design and quote package. It includes a one on one private consultation with Khay, the head jewelry designer and goldsmith at Gem Sanctum. In this consultation I will get to know you and what this project is all about. We will also cover materials and manufacturing methods and what this means for you and your project. We will discuss timeframes and work with you to meet your needs. I will answer any questions you have about this process and what we are creating. Included with this package is the production of a set of high resolution design renderings for the proposed design. There will be multiple images taken from different angles. I will send these out to you between 1-3 days from our meeting. This package also includes a clear written quote for your project, and if there were multiple material options discussed, there will be a quote for each one. The quote price is fixed for 14 days, and once paid is locked in for the duration of the project, no hidden fees! An optional follow-up phone or video call to discuss the design images is included, should you require it. up to three minor alterations to the proposed design, with images, are included in this package, these alterations will be completed and sent back to you via email, within 3 business days of the design alteration request.
